The Weekly Competition Engine

A recurring ranked competition played throughout the week within a single venue or community. Players join multiple sessions, earning wins and points along the way. At the end of the week, the player with the strongest overall performance claims the top spot.

Basic Rules

✓One level per game — e.g. Upper Beginner only, Upper Bronze only.
✓New players start at the level you set. Anyone already in the Trekkr engine keeps their existing ELO and level.
✓No mixed-gender matches — keeps the ranking precise.
✓Tennis scoring is required.
✓Individual (rotating) or fixed partners — your choice.
✓Mexicano pairing separates stronger and weaker players for a sharper ranking.
✓Everyone plays an equal number of matches — the engine tells you when that's reached.
✓Ranked by wins. Ties are broken by point difference.
